Blandford Comptoir, founded by Xavier Rousset and Gearoid Devaney, Master Sommeliers, is a small restaurant in the heart of Marylebone, serving Mediterranean style cuisine alongside our award-winning wine lists.
We are now looking for a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team, on a full-time position, for immediate start.
Main Specs:
* Open Tuesday-Sunday (lunch service only) Mondays off
* Open for lunch and dinner only we do not serve breakfast
* The kitchen team is 4-6 people
* The restaurant has a maximum capacity of 48 covers at one time 40 seats on the inside and 8 seats on the outside
* The role is overseen and supported by the Executive Chef

What we expect:
* You are currently Head Chef or a Sous Chef with at least 3 years experience in high end dining who is a natural leader with an ability to work as part of a skilled team where consistently great food is the focus
* Financial acumen and ability to manage and oversee the financial aspects of the role
* Ensure all Health & Safety and Food Safety controls are in place and that all necessary training is provided and completed
* Experience of working with seasonal products
* A passion for team and personal development
