Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Paid Social Ads Specialist to manage, optimise, and scale advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Google Ads and TikTok. The successful candidate will use both creative and analytical skills to drive conversions, engagement, brand awareness, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities:
* Create, manage, and optimise paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok, with objectives such as conversions, lead generation, awareness, engagement or sales.
* Develop targeting strategies: audience research, segmentation, using custom/lookalike audiences, interest-based targeting, retargeting.
* Build and test creative assets: ad copy, visuals/videos, headlines, calls to action; run A/B tests to identify what works best.
* Manage budget allocations and bidding strategies; monitor ad spend and ensure campaigns stay within budget.
* Track campaign performance: metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI/ROAS, conversion rates, etc.; monitor KPIs and adjust strategy accordingly.
* Analyse data and generate regular reports (weekly, monthly) with insights and recommendations for improvements.
Skills Required:
* Proven experience working on paid social media advertising, specifically Facebook & Instagram (Meta Ads Manager), Google Ads and TikTok (TikTok Ads).
* Strong understanding of how to structure campaigns: campaign/ad set/ad levels (or equivalent), targeting, bidding, budget optimization, creative testing.
* Good analytical skills: ability to interpret data, pull insights, do performance reporting, make data-driven decisions.
* Experience with A/B testing creatives, audiences, formats, etc.
* Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools (e.g. Meta Pixel, TikTok pixel, conversion tracking, Google Analytics or similar).
Job Type: Commission
Pay: £12.21-£16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bristol BS1
