Duties:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Help with food production during busy periods
- Support bartending staff with drink preparation as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Experience in team management or supervisory roles is a plus
