From dismantling to uploading, training to improvement—you’ll guide the team that transforms motorcycle components into digital inventory gold. Key Responsibilities Parts Processing Excellence Process and clean dismantled parts to meet upload-ready standards Identify and record part numbers and names Achieve average processing time of 4 minutes per part Digital Upload & Warehousing Upload and image parts for online listings Collaborate with warehousing team for smooth storage handover Core Production Oversight Operate and optimize ATF production lines Process motorcycle repair parts to extract maximum value Training & Team Development Deliver structured training aligned with role guidelines Conduct appraisals, feedback sessions, and mentor team members Condition Compliance Ensure parts are received fully de-polluted and stripped Record and share compliance data with relevant departments Continuous Improvement Culture Establish systems to log errors and drive ongoing enhancements Actively seek process improvements Health & Safety Leadership Maintain a safe, tidy, and compliant working environment Uphold all duties under the Health & Safety Work Act 1974 Report hazards and concerns promptly to directors Performance Metrics (KPIs) Achieve >90% efficiency rating for ATF-generated parts ✅ 100% completion of weekly planned units ⏱️ Process 4th-d repair parts within 48-hour SLA Reach monthly target of £50k listed value for 4th-d parts Deliver ongoing team training in line with operational changes Log errors and feedback for continuous improvement Lead team management through reviews, one-to-ones, and mentorship What You Bring You’re a hands-on leader with a sharp eye for process, quality, and timing.
