Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Director on a FTC to join our B2B team. As an Account Director at Bray Leino, you’ll take the lead in driving trusted, long‑term client relationships and shaping the work that makes a real difference. You’ll be the central link between our clients and the agency, ensuring projects run smoothly, deliver exceptional results, and contribute to commercial growth. Acting as a true business partner, you’ll oversee the strategic, commercial and creative direction of your accounts, working closely with our planning and creative teams to develop work that’s insightful, effective and results‑driven. You’ll also play a key part in mentoring and motivating your team, creating an environment where everyone can perform at their best and grow in their roles.
Key Responsibilities
 * Lead the day‑to‑day delivery of client work across assigned accounts, ensuring high‑quality outcomes and smooth project management
 * Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as their key agency partner
 * Collaborate with strategy and planning teams to shape clear, insightful briefs that drive effective creative and commercial results
 * Oversee project teams, providing direction, support, and constructive feedback to ensure excellence in delivery
 * Manage contracts, fees, and account profitability with accuracy and transparency
 * Report financial performance data clearly and on time
 * Support and develop team members through coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities
 * Champion agency values and foster a collaborative, positive working culture
 * Stay informed on market and industry trends to identify opportunities for clients and the agency
 * Lead the onboarding process for new clients following successful pitches

 * Agency experience managing integrated campaigns and senior client relationships
 * Strategic and commercial awareness, with the ability to spot opportunities and deliver sustainable growth
