DESIGN EXECUTIVE
Location: Swindon Support Centre (hybrid working with 3 days per week in the office)

About the role
We’re seeking a creative, curious, and proactive Design Executive to join our High Street Design team, based at our Support Centre in Swindon.
As part of the Brand Design team, you’ll report to a Design Manager and collaborate closely with in-house designers and artworkers. You’ll be responsible for managing / assisting on multiple design projects—from initial commercial briefs through to artwork development and reviewing samples. This fast-paced, high-volume environment requires exceptional organisational skills, strong project management capabilities, and the ability to consistently meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
* Handling design project workflows: ensuring the briefs, timelines, budgets and approvals are managed efficiently from start to finish
* Building strong partnerships with the commercial teams and collaborating with our in-house designers and artworkers to deliver high-impact creative outcomes
* Manage external agency relationships, clearly briefing design requirements and ensuring timely processing of payments
* Coordinate with the global sourcing office to secure cutter guides, packaging copy and to send and receive proofs and samples
* Contribute to studio organisation maintaining accurate financial and licencing documentation
About you

Experience required for this role would ideally include:
* Degree or professional qualification in marketing/design or equivalent
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic Mac usage
* Knowledge of design, photography, artwork, and print production
* Strong project management and communication skills
* Experience in design or marketing, either in-house or agency-side
