Your primary responsibilities will include: To undertake the role of Deputy Manager under the direction of the Registered Manager to monitor performance across all areas of care services, to ensure that front line services are delivered to a high standard and quality, are safe, compliant and that staff deployed have the right skills, knowledge and experience to meet customer need. This role is crucial for protecting the integrity of our services and maintaining MCJA’s reputation as a trusted provider.
