Key Responsibilities
* Manage your own caseload of contentious trust and probate matters
* Work collaboratively on complex or urgent disputes
* Provide specialist advice to high-net-worth clients on trust, estate and property-related issues
* Adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Contribute to team-wide case allocation and resource management
* Work closely with the Head of Department and senior colleagues

* 3-7 years' PQE
