Overview

As a Sales Analytics person, you will play a pivotal role in being responsible for the delivery and implementation of the commercial operations strategy utilising insightful analytical, commercial, and pricing capability to aid effective decision making in order to maximise profitable market opportunities for TD SYNNEX.


Responsibilities

* Accountable for executing tactical actions in line with commercial operations strategy
* Work closely with various stakeholders to maximise sales and profit opportunities for TD SYNNEX
* Creation of Financial and operational reports and dashboards
* Fulfil activities to support share of wallet (SOW) growth through new and existing customers
* Work closely with analytics team to monitor and act on market developments, spot trends early, and develop and test strategies
* Subject matter expert for reporting, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and pricing matters
* Maintain relationships with key stakeholders including Sales Managers, Category Managers, and Business Managers
* Action any ad-hoc commercial operations requests and support projects/activities as appropriate


Knowledge, Skills And Experience

* IT industry knowledge – Channel, Vendors and Competition
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills required:
o VBA (Visual Basic) skills – able to create macros and automate processes in Excel;
o Competent use of external data sources and pivot tables;
o Able to setup complex multi-source v-lookups, H-lookups and use of "Match" and "Index" functions
* Experience with SAP R/3 (Advantageous but not essential)
* Strongly Analytical and Numerate
* Commercial acumen
* Lateral thinker/ problem solver
* Pricing experience an advantage, but training will be given
* Excellent influencing & negotiating skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in team environment and build effective relationships
* Ability to convert complex information into an executable strategy
* Self-motivated
