You'll lead end-to-end research projects - from design through to delivery - while managing client relationships and producing impactful, insight-led recommendations. * Strong experience delivering quantitative & qualitative research
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships
* Confidence working with data and translating it into clear insights
* Experience designing surveys, discussion guides, and reporting outputs
* Commercial mindset with an interest in business development
