Essential Role Requirements
* CPCS/NPORS* Excavator +/- 10t Tracked
* CPCS Lifting Ops/NPORS* Excavator as Crane
* Safety Critical Medical (Site Specific)
* Able to dig strip foundations
* An excellent eye for finished works. For example, top soil, levelling muck, type 1, crush and road formation
* Capable of lifting and working with trench boxes, manhole boxes, drag boxes, and trench sheets
* Able to read and understand levels and drawings
* Acknowledge the need for dig permits before breaking ground
* Experienced working around live services, and in service avoidance techniques
* Able to competently carry out daily pre-start plant safety inspections and maintenance checks, and communicate service requirements in good time to the site management team
* Able to carry out essential greasing, basic maintenance and always keep machines clean and tidy
* Must be driven to show respect for plant and maintain to a high standard
* Proactive and able to manage time effectively
Desirable
* Any experience with or knowledge of GPS machine control would be advantageous
* Additional CPCS/NPORS* tickets and experienced in operating any of the following; Telehandlers, Dumpers, Rollers
* 5+ Years experience

* Able to work well with other trades and operatives on site and support the programme delivery on time
* Right to work in the UK
