* Lead implementation, customization, and support of Oracle B2C Service Cloud
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients
* Coordinate between onshore and offshore teams
* Provide technical leadership and mentor team members

* Strong experience with Oracle RightNow / B2C Service Cloud
* Expertise in Service Cloud implementations
* Proven client-facing and stakeholder management skills
