A growing civil engineering contractor is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its expanding commercial team. With over 30 years experience delivering specialist infrastructure projects across the UK, the business is entering an exciting phase of investment and long-term growth.

What Youll Be Doing
* Leading cost planning, forecasting, and value reporting.
* Preparing tenders, variations, claims, and commercial documentation.
* Negotiating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Managing CVRs, cash flow, and margin performance.
* Overseeing procurement and subcontractor relationships.
* Providing commercial guidance to project teams.
* Mentoring junior surveyors as the team grows.
* Ensuring valuations and final accounts are accurate and delivered on time.
Experience civil engineering projects is highly advantageous.
