The Role As part of our in-house Creative Design Team, you’ll play a role in delivering exceptional design work for both internal projects and client-facing campaigns. Working closely with the team, you’ll create a range of materials for both the digital & traditional, marketing & branding environment. Manage multiple projects and ensure everything produced aligns with our commitment to our customers and their brand ethos. Key Responsibilities Design professional marketing materials across print and digital formats. Collate content and data provided by the sales team to create a range of assets, including flyers, brand guidelines, logos, reports, digital content, and campaign materials, as well as other related design elements. Collaborate with the team to develop a range of digital, web, and print assets for both internal and external use. Provide creative input and ideas for campaigns and projects. Support wider marketing activities, including preparing for design work for print production and setting up trade events. Contribute to the development and delivery of the wider marketing plan. Note: This is a permanent, full-time position based in-house at our Forfar headquarters. This role does not offer remote or hybrid work options. What We’re Looking For 3 years’ experience in a graphic design role (in-house or agency). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and Microsoft 365 Strong eye for typography, layout, and consistency. Comfortable managing multiple briefs, deadlines, and formats. Ability to translate ideas into professional designs across a wide range of media. Collaborative mindset with a proactive, idea-driven approach. Great listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
