Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support our operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Duties
* Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
* Carry out general site maintenance and cleanliness.
* Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required.
* Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
* Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as needed.
* Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential.
* Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 25 kg).
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
* A proactive attitude towards health and safety practices.
* Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to varying tasks as required.

Pay: £12.21-£15.52 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
