Mix and apply primers, paints, and coatings using spray guns and other application equipment according to technical specifications and manufacturer guidelines. Maintain and operate paint spray equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and properly calibrated. Inspect painted surfaces for defects, such as runs, sags, or unpainted areas, and perform touch-ups as necessary. Work with quality control to ensure finished products meet customer specifications and industry standards. Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ventilation systems. Maintain a clean and organized work area, properly disposing of hazardous materials according to regulations. Keep accurate records of materials used, processes followed and completed work.
