Job Description
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Director of Sales Development to lead our EMEA Sales Development organization. This role is critical to driving pipeline growth through a high-performing team of outbound SDRs, while also optimizing inbound lead conversion and continuously developing team capabilities for future success.
As the Director, you will be responsible for managing and scaling a world‑class SDR team that thrives on winning, collaboration, and innovation. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align strategies, influence outcomes, and deliver measurable impact across the region.
Responsibilities
* Lead and grow the EMEA SDR team, hiring, training, and coaching top talent to achieve and exceed pipeline goals.
* Own the outbound strategy, driving prospecting efforts to identify and engage target accounts and create qualified opportunities.
* Optimize inbound processes to ensure timely and effective lead follow‑up, maximizing conversion rates.
* Develop and implement best practices, leveraging data and insights to improve performance and efficiency.
* Partner cross‑functionally with Sales and Marketing leadership to align messaging, campaigns, and territory plans.
* Influence and inspire through strong leadership, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high performance.
* Upskill the team with advanced prospecting techniques, objection handling, and consultative selling skills.
* Track emerging trends and tools to keep the team ahead of the curve in outreach strategies.
About You
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA a plus.
* 5+ years of experience in Sales Development leadership, preferably in SaaS or technology.
* Proven success in outbound‑focused SDR models, with a strong understanding of inbound lead management.
* 3+ years of leadership experience, building and scaling high‑performing teams.
* Strong business acumen, data‑driven decision‑making, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
* Passionate about developing talent, driving results, and creating a winning culture.
