Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative

8:30am - 4:30pm (30-minute lunch)
£12.21 -£12.50 per hour (based on experience)
Temporary - 3 Months
About you
* Confident working in a fast-paced sales and service environment.
* Motivated, proactive, and customer focused.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
* Previous experience using SAP is essential - applications without SAP experience will not be considered.
Duties and responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.
* Handle inbound customer enquiries and process orders efficiently.
* Proactively follow up on quotes and promote products through cross-selling and up-selling.
* Prepare and maintain quotations, offers, and pricing lists.
* Support order handling during busy periods and liaise with other departments to resolve customer issues.
* Input and maintain accurate data using SAP and CRM systems.
* Assist with frame agreements and special orders as required.
* Occasionally attend customer visits alongside field sales staff.
