The Role
The firm is seeking a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor to join its property team. The successful candidate will manage a broad range of commercial property matters and work closely with clients to deliver practical and commercially focused legal advice.
Key Responsibilities
* Advising on a range of commercial property transactions, including sales and purchases
* Drafting and negotiating commercial leases (acting for landlords and/or tenants)
* Handling development matters and associated property work
* Managing a varied caseload from instruction through to completion
* Liaising with clients, lenders, agents, and other third parties
* Reviewing and reporting on title and conducting due diligence
* Preparing and advising on legal documentation and transaction structures
* Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
* Proven experience in commercial property law
* Strong technical knowledge across sales, purchases, leases, and development work
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
* Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
* Client-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain relationships
