BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Manchester - $3,500 Sign On Bonus

Gersh Autism has empowered students on the autism spectrum for over 30 years, serving individuals aged 5-21 across the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Our network of K-12 schools provides personalized education and comprehensive therapeutic services, including speech, physical, and occupational therapy, with vocational training for older students.
Salary: 90,000 USD per year (Manchester RSC). This position offers a $3,500 Sign-On Bonus.
Responsibilities
* Plan, develop, and monitor behavioral support service delivery options in the RSC Clinic setting to meet the needs of children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders.
* Oversee the RSC ABA Therapists and BCBA Candidates regarding proactive educational and behavioral supports; develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
* Report to the Regional Director and ensure treatment plans and programs comply with contract requirements, insurance certification, and professional standards.
* Provide training and supervision to the ABA Therapist through observations, meetings, performance coaching, and other methods in clinic and home settings.
* Supervise RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBA candidates as designated by the Regional Director.
* Establish and maintain data measurement, collection, and analysis systems for children receiving behavioral interventions.
* Deliver consultation services to school districts, private schools, and outside agencies for contract services.
* Hold regularly scheduled clinical support meetings for staff and participate in parent meetings; provide parent training in home and clinic settings.
* Maintain continuing education requirements relevant to the BCBA certification and complete annual RSC trainings (including Safety Care and HIPAA).
* Ensure health information is secure and protected in compliance with HIPAA.
* Allocate 30 hours of total working time to insurance-approved billable activities.

Qualifications
* Master’s degree in psychology or related field, preferably from a BACB-accredited program.
* Certification under the Behavior Analysis Certification Program (BACB) for Applied Behavior Analysts.
* Solid knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles, assessment, and ethical standards.
* Ability to work with technology including ACE ABA Data System.
* Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and goals.
