MECHANICAL SITE SUPERVISOR - Hampstead
We are currently hiring for a Mechanical Supervisor needed on a long-term basis for a super high-spec residential project in Hampstead.
My client is looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor with a strong background in residential projects. Each apartment is likely over £10M each.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Be fully qualified with a trade apprenticeship or NVQ equivalent in plumbing / pipefitting
* Have a number of years’ experience on similar residential apartment projects, preferably in a supervisor or Site Manager role.
* The ability to read and understand drawings
* Diligence, Commitment, and a strong attention to detail
* Pride in their work, to deliver a top-class end product
* Manage subcontractors
* SSSTS
* CSCS Card
Daily rate or salary is negotiable depending on experience.
