Based in Gaydon, you'll play a key role in delivering data-driven, optimised energy nodes that enhance vehicle efficiency and driving range.
As an Integrated Energy Management Lead Engineer, you will support Agile teams through sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring the seamless delivery of vehicle energy attributes. Your expertise in data analysis, attribute verification, and stakeholder collaboration will drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making. Your technical engineering background and strong problem-solving skills will be vital in managing risks and identifying growth opportunities across vehicle programmes.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience working within Agile methodologies
* Excellent communication skills
* A structured approach to complex challenges
* A degree in Mechanical or Systems Engineering is preferred
