Responsibilites will include
● Collaborating with team on regular basis
● Running payroll once a month
●Managing install team expense account / requirements
● Answering and handling incoming call and email enquiries
● Arranging site visits and surveys for new enquiries subject to qualification
● Progressing orders
● Create and send invoices to customers / chase payments
● Creating and maintaining company records and filing systems securely and efficiently
● Systematising routine office tasks and documenting procedures for these tasks,
● Providing PA support to MD
● Managing supplier invoices payments
● Obtaining prices from suppliers and assistance with placing orders
● Logistics and organizing installation/delivery
● Creating H&S files for every project
● Any other office admin duties that may be required from time to time
To qualify for the role, you must have the following Personal Attributes & Qualifications
● Minimum 2 years of office admin or PA experience
● Motivated and focused.
● Good organisation skills with the ability to work methodically, accurately and neatly
● Fluent in English with Excellent oral and written communication skills.
● Attention to details
● Sound computer literacy skill and proficient with Microsoft Office.
● Proficient in accounting software, ideally Xero
● Friendly, polite & professional when dealing with customers and colleagues
● Timekeeping and attendance
● Positive, can do attitude
● Able to work independently
● Adhering to company standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £27,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
