You will provide high quality administrative/business support to a multi-disciplinary service within Children’s Services; the Healthier Minds Service provides tier 2 mental and emotional wellbeing support to children, young people and their families. You will be an effective communicator with good attention to detail.

Your main duties will include taking minutes, action notes at weekly screening hub, answering telephone calls from the public and other professional agencies. The role also requires the processing of referrals, monitoring of email inboxes and updating key information in the HSCP case recording system. In addition other key tasks will include typing correspondence, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, scanning, photocopying, processing purchase orders and any other duty required to support the service.
