A full driving licence is required as the role requires mobility across the East Anglia store estate.
Role Purpose
To partner with Regional Managers to support the delivery of the B&Q installations service strategy by educating and coaching store leadership teams.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Stores
* Work in partnership with Regional Managers and Unit Managers to implement the B&Q installations plan.
* Form strong relationships/partnerships within regional teams.
* Hold regular discussions with managers, using data and insights to identify trends and respond to opportunities.
* Support stores to resolve customer issues and HLC complaints, protecting B&Q finance, brand and customers.
* Collaborate with the installations support team to resolve warranty claims.
* Ensure consistent implementation of correct processes in stores.
* Provide content for training tools and deliver coaching to build confidence and knowledge.
Installers
* Support stores with data‑driven insight for sourcing, recruitment, development and engagement of quality installers.
* Build installer relationships, gathering feedback and developing improvement plans.
* Identify capacity opportunities and support recruitment, development and engagement of installers.
* Work with regions to match installer capacity with future demand and business targets.
Proposition
* Develop technical knowledge and capabilities of the store and installations support team.
* Propose and support delivery of solutions to improve the installation proposition with regional managers.
