Times: 2 days per week Term Time Only
Salary: Salary – Scale 6 (point 18 to 22 - £10,784 to £11,523 – actual salary plus, London Weighting - £787 actual LW)

The Person
* Have experience of working EYFS.
* Demonstrate flexibility, being able to work on your own initiative as well as follow guidance from teachers.
* Demonstrate good behaviour management strategies.
* Have a good standard of spoken and written English.
* Be able to support children with specific needs.
* Know when to adapt teaching to make it simpler or harder.
* Provide feedback to children and staff.
* Engage in CPD to enhance your own skill set and develop strategies to support a wide level of need.
* Work in partnership with parents / carers and external professional agencies as and when needed.
