The Purpose of Your Role: We are seeking a team-oriented professional for our FSA Operations Team. The FSA Operations Analyst will perform a variety of functions related to mid-level plan operations such as contribution payroll processing,
eligibility/enrollment
file setups, and other daily tasks aligned with business needs. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively, multi-task, and prioritize responsibilities based on team, client, and vendor needs.

What you’ll be responsible for:
Responding to incoming tickets from other departments
Monitoring, processing, and reconciling contribution files for reimbursement plans through recordkeeping systems
Monitoring, processing, and reconciling
eligibility/enrollment
files
Initiating funding requests (ACH) and reconciling deposits for contributions
Generating and reviewing contribution reports
Processing and posting participant contribution transactions
Working with external payroll and HRIS platforms to establish integration feeds
Assisting internal teams with client inquiries
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
Monitoring inbox and logging requests in CRM
Following up on NIGO requests with clients or Account Managers
Performing other duties and participating in special projects as assigned
