Job overview
The post-holder will be working within Male Short Stay Ward B at the OUH NHS Foundation Trust.
You will be expected to provide patient observations, assist with individual therapy goals, and be involved in rehabilitation through holistic and patient-centered care. You must demonstrate empathy, compassion, and the ability to cope in challenging situations. You will work closely with the Multi-disciplinary team (MDT) and should have a desire to make a difference to vulnerable patients who require additional observations and interventions during their care.

Main duties of the job:
* Provide holistic patient care including observations, distraction therapy, and reminiscence therapy.
* Support patients with personal care, nutrition/hydration, mouth care, and prevention of deconditioning.
* Work as part of the MDT to deliver patient-centered rehabilitation and support.
