We are looking for an experienced Learning and Development Advisor to join one of our clients based in Coventry, on a permanent full-time basis (35 hours per week).
This is an excellent hybrid opportunity for a learning and development professional who enjoys designing high-impact learning solutions, strengthening leadership and management capability, and supporting a culture of continuous learning, inclusion and wellbeing.
Offering a salary of £33,093 to £37,682, this permanent opportunity will suit someone who is passionate about building organisational capability through engaging blended learning, strong instructional design, and evidence-based development practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading the design and delivery of high-quality blended learning interventions across face-to-face, virtual and digital formats
* Developing engaging e-learning content and support the ongoing improvement of the organisation’s learning systems and learning management platform
* Working with managers and stakeholders to identify capability needs, diagnose skills gaps, and translate these into practical development solutions
* Designing and facilitating learning programmes that strengthen leadership, management capability, performance and collaboration across the organisation
* Evaluating the effectiveness and impact of learning interventions, using insight and data to drive continuous improvement
About You:
* You will have significant experience in a specialist Learning and Development or Organisational Development advisory role, with a strong track record of designing and delivering impactful learning interventions
* You will bring demonstrable expertise in blended learning, instructional design, facilitation, and the development of learning pathways or capability frameworks
* You will be confident advising managers and senior stakeholders, using sound judgement to shape practical solutions that improve capability and performance
* A CIPD Level 5 in Learning and Development, or equivalent experience, would be advantageous, alongside excellent communication, organisation and project management skills
