Want to work at the cutting edge of it?A specialist engineering consultancy with a dedicated Mission Critical & Data Centres team is growing, and looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer.Based in Leeds, you'll work on technically demanding projects across the UK, Ireland and Europe — from live plant upgrades and critical power systems to data halls and trading floor environments.This is a role where you'll own your work, not just contribute to it.What you'll be doing: Taking projects from initial brief through to completion, owning the electrical discipline on complex schemes Producing calculations, designs and technical documentation to a high standard Coordinating across disciplines and presenting at client, design team and project meetings Delegating to and developing junior engineers around you Working across a genuinely varied project portfolio in one of the fastest- moving sectors in constructionWhat you'll bring: Proven electrical engineering experience in a consultancy or design environment Familiarity with BIM/Revit, Electrical OM, DIALux and/or Relux Confidence managing client and contractor relationships A collaborative mindset and willingness to support others' developmentWhat's in it for you: 9-day fortnight working pattern Up to 30 days annual leave Private medical cover EV salary sacrifice scheme + stock options A supportive team with deep sector expertise and a flexible cultureThe data centre sector is evolving fast.
