What You'll Be Doing
* Installing and commissioning bespoke packaging machinery worldwide
* Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and fault‑finding (mechanical & electrical)
* Supporting customers on‑site with technical issues and troubleshooting
* Conducting machine surveys and preventative maintenance
* Training customer staff on machine operation and best practices
* Building strong relationships with customers as a key technical contact
* Supporting the Dartford site with workshop‑based engineering when not travelling
What We're Looking For
* Experience in a Field Service or maintenance engineering role
* Strong electro‑mechanical skills, with a mechanical bias
* Confident fault‑finding and problem‑solving ability
* Comfortable working in a customer‑facing environment
* Flexible approach to travel and working hours
* Full UK driving licence
