In this permanent, full-time role, you'll have the opportunity to shape the resident experience across our high-quality, yet affordable communities in the North East region (Durham, Sunderland, Stockton-on-Tees and Carlisle). With a competitive salary range of £28,000 to £30,000, you'll play a pivotal part in driving service excellence, fostering community engagement, and ensuring operational standards are consistently met.
- Lead and oversee property viewings to drive occupancy and conversion- Maintain asset integrity through regular building inspections- Enhance resident satisfaction by coordinating community initiatives
Preferred Requirements:
Ensure the completion of regular portfolio inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards
Act as the key liaison with the maintenance helpdesk, ensuring timely resolution of repairs and high-quality outcomes
Proactively identify and escalate community or operational issues to senior stakeholders
Foster strong, positive relationships with residents and lead the planning and delivery of approved community events
Support the mobilisation of new assets, ensuring a seamless resident experience from day one Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer-facing management role within the residential property, hospitality, or flexible workspace sectors
Solid understanding of the residential rental market and key operational requirements
