What you'll be doing:
Leading from the front in a buzzing, high-volume restaurant
Building, training, and inspiring a brilliant front and back of house team
Delivering next-level customer experiences every shift
Keeping operations smooth, fast, and efficient under pressure
Driving sales, managing costs, and hitting performance targets
Staying on top of stock, systems, and service standards
Solving problems quickly while keeping the vibe positive
What we're looking for:
A natural leader who thrives in a busy environment
Hands-on, energetic, and guest-obsessed
Strong organisational and commercial awareness
Someone who can stay calm when it's chaos and still smile doing it
Passion for hospitality and building great teams
What you get:
£12.75–£13.50 per hour + tips (add £3+ per hour)
