Key Responsibilities
* Ensuring the accuracy of all employee records, including an alignment with compliance and data protection regulations.
* Have experience managing ER matters such as grievance and disciplinary procedures in addition to recording accurate minutes.
* Assist with recruitment processes such as preparing offer letters, reviewing DBS certificates and processing internal transfers.
* First point of contact for all HR-related queries.
* Have the ability to review HR policies and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
* Support employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programs.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in an HR Advisor role is desirable.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Microsoft Sharepoint)
* Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
* Understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
