An opportunity is available for an Administrator to support the delivery of a major nuclear infrastructure project in Whitehaven. The role provides essential administrative support to project and site teams, ensuring documentation, communication and coordination activities are managed efficiently within a highly regulated and safety-critical environment.
This role would suit a highly organised and proactive individual with strong administrative experience who enjoys supporting project teams within structured environments. It is ideal for someone who thrives on maintaining accurate records, coordinating information and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations on large infrastructure or construction projects. As this is on a highly regulated site a P4 pass is required.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to project management, engineering and site delivery teams.
Manage project correspondence, documentation and filing systems in accordance with project procedures.
Maintain project trackers, databases and internal records to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
Coordinate meetings, diaries and project communications across internal teams and external stakeholders.
Support document control processes and assist with compliance requirements within a regulated project environment.
On offer for this role is a salary for £25,500-£26,000, an 8% pension, private medical cover and 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
