The Liberty Recruitment Group is excited to be working in partnership with a National Law firm who are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide an extra pair of hands for an initial 6-week period, during a busy time for the team, based onsite Monday to Friday at their Eastleigh office.
You’ll be working as part of a talented Support team providing telephone, email and face-to-face support to around 600 users across 5 locations.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Supporting key business applications including email, phone, web browsers, Microsoft operating systems and Citrix Desktop
Technical support for laptops, tablets, telephony, local servers, networks, cabling, printers and some office equipment, including scanners, photocopiers and video conferencing facilities
What they’re specifically looking for:
Previous experience in a similar Service Desk / Desktop Support role
Ideally experience within a professional services environment, a law firm would be beneficial, but not essential
Great communication and customer service skills
You’ll be joining a really supportive and collaborative team helping them to maintain the exceptional levels of service they are known for providing to the firm.
This is for an initial 6 week period. Candidates must be available to commence work on Monday 20th October and be available for 6 weeks
