Duties & Responsibilities
Working closely with the General Manager, you take responsibility for Food and Beverage across the hotel and pubs offering a range of food and drink offers using good quality produce and suppliers. You will coach and develop a team of c10 creating an engaged and guest focused environment.
This NEW and senior role within the group will focus on key areas but will be broad and enjoy a good degree of autonomy and very much grow with the individual:
Creative input in food and drink direction
Leadership across FOH and BOH teams working closely with the Head Chef in developing interesting and creative menus.
Ensuring operational standards for service, hygiene, training, and performance
Involvement with weddings and events a key part of the business.
Commercial oversight, including budgets and supplier relationships
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position candidates you will have a strong hospitality background from restaurants, food pubs or hotels with a desire to work in an independent environment.Good Restaurant, Assistant or Duty Managers looking for a step up will be considered as training and development can be given.
You will be hands on in your approach, with a real love of Food & Beverage as this is where you will focus the majority of your time.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate their ability to lead others and have a commercial approach to their work with a genuine guest focus.
