We’re working with a well‑established manufacturing business in Hove who are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations and ensure the smooth running of the production environment. You’ll be managing multiple projects, leading the production team, and driving forecasting and demand planning to support continued growth.

As an Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
* Forecasting operational demand to ensure resources are in place to meet company targets
* Ensuring financial and departmental objectives are achieved across the business
* Managing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
* Negotiating contracts and agreements to support operational efficiency
* Creating and implementing strategies to drive growth, maximise output and reduce costs
* Addressing and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements for the Operations Manager:
* Strong understanding and hands‑on experience within a manufacturing environment
* Previous experience as an Operations Manager, overseeing day‑to‑day business operations
* Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
* Experience managing and supporting a production team
* Proven experience with forecasting and demand planning
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
