Who will I be working for?
You will be working for an award-winning leading PR firm. Due to continued business wins they are seeking to appoint an Account Director to manage a portfolio of exciting digital campaigns.
What will I be doing?
You will be working as an Account Director within the Comms team. Reporting to the Comms Director, as a senior lead, you will have your own client portfolio and dedicated team.
Main duties and responsibilities:
No two days are the same.
* Leading 4-6 accounts, ensuring continuously hitting KPIs and demonstrating impact to each client.
* Developing digital PR and social strategies which help clients meet their business goals (collaborating with Creative and Planning team to maximise impact).
* Leading the quarterly StoryPlanning process, developing creative insight-led ideas for fame (brand awareness) and findability (search visibility).
* Designing and leading large-scale, KPI-busting campaigns from start to finish.
* Being part of a winning new business pitch team.
* Managing 2-3 direct line reports, helping each one flourish and contribute to the company’s success.
What skills and experience are required?
