Customer Success Manager – German Speaking (junior level)
📍 Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Are you fluent in German and looking to kick-start your career in customer success, sales, or account management? We are looking, on behalf of our client, for a motivated and communicative individual to join a growing team in London, helping our clients succeed in the fast-paced world of digital e-commerce.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, acting as their main point of contact.
* Support clients with onboarding, performance tracking, and day-to-day success.
* Provide insights and recommendations to help clients grow their business.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions and services.
* Analyse data and prepare simple performance reports to identify trends and opportunities.
* Spot opportunities to add value or expand relationships.
What We’re Looking For
* Fluent or native-level German and excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
* A recent graduate or early-career professional with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
* A genuine interest in e-commerce, customer success, or account management.
* Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and helping clients achieve their goals.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Analytical mindset and comfort working with data to guide decisions.
