As our HR Partner, you will: Provide expert HR guidance and support to key stakeholders. Shape a positive and productive work environment. Utilize data-driven insights to identify challenges and opportunities. Deliver people-focused initiatives that enhance capability and boost business performance. You'll work closely with site leaders to ensure alignment on shared goals, contributing to the overall success of our business. This role covers our Bodelwyddan and Wigan sites, so be prepared for some travel. While most of your hours will be standard office hours, flexibility is key due to our 24/7 operations. Your Key Responsibilities:
Deliver the local People Plan in alignment with the wider HR strategy. Coach leaders to drive effective people management aligned with business goals. Support the full employee lifecycle by collaborating with HR centers of expertise. Embed talent and development programs, measuring success through KPIs. Facilitate talent management and succession planning to strengthen pipelines. Ensure managers are trained to lead and develop their teams effectively. Use people data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Support complex ER cases with fairness and consistency. Proactively manage retention and absence through data analysis. Lead or support change and improvement initiatives. Ensure a consistent and engaging onboarding experience for new hires. Conduct benchmarking to maintain local market competitiveness. Manage the HR & Payroll Administrator to ensure compliance with HR processes. Support leadership recruitment for high-quality hires. Champion colleague wellbeing in day-to-day practices. Deliver key projects aligned with the People Plan. What We’re Looking For:
You should have a solid understanding of employment law and legislation to effectively manage complex ER cases. Attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and experience in facilitating change are essential. Ideally, you’ll be CIPD qualified (level 5), currently working towards this, or qualified by experience and ready to pursue your qualification. We want someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can build strong relationships with site management and stakeholders.
