We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and confident Administrative Assistant to run our small friendly school office. You will play an integral part in providing administrative support to the whole school, as well as acting as the first point of contact for parents and visitors alike. The ideal candidate will: Be friendly and approachable, a strong team player and keen to join our well-established school family Have experience of working in a school office. Have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Have excellent organisational skills, be able to prioritise workloads, use their initiative and have a flexible “can do” approach to their work. Have experience of using Microsoft Office, especially Word and Outlook. Knowledge of Bromcom would be advantageous.
