The Best Connection Oxford are recruiting Class 1 (C+E) drivers for a major distribution operation based in Banbury. You will be delivering to distribution centres nationwide, with well-planned routes and manageable workloads.

We offer flexible working hours to fit around your current responsibilities and lifestyle. Opportunities are available for full-time and part-time positions, with a variety of shifts including weekdays, weekends, days, and nights. Multiple shift patterns are available to suit your availability.

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) driving licence
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• No more than 6 penalty points (no DR, DD, or IN convictions)
• Minimum 2 years Class 1 driving experience
• Good understanding of driver hours and road safety regulations

Hours & Pay

• Monday to Friday Days: £18.00 per hour
• Monday to Friday Nights: £20.00 per hour
• Weekends: £22.00 per hour
• Bank Holiday Days: £36.99 per hour
• Bank Holiday Nights: £44.02 per hour
• Flexible start times available

Job & Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect goods between distribution centres across the UK
• Complete 2-3 drops or collections per shift
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks
• Follow all transport and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate delivery and compliance records
