Part-Time Legal Secretary - About the Role:
Our client, a well-established legal firm in Nottingham, is seeking a part-time Wills & Probate Secretary to support their legal team. This role involves providing administrative and secretarial support, ensuring smooth management of wills, probate cases, and client communications.
Part-Time Legal Secretary Key Responsibilities:
1. Drafting and formatting wills, probate documents, and client correspondence.
2. Managing client files and maintaining accurate records.
3. Liaising with clients, executors, beneficiaries, and other professionals.
4. Scheduling appointments and managing the legal team's diary.
5. Assisting solicitors with case preparation, including document collection and review.
6. Ensuring compliance with firm procedures and data protection regulations.
Requirements:
7. Previous experience as a legal secretary, ideally within Wills & Probate.
8. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
11. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
12. Professional and courteous manner with clients.
