They currently require an experienced individual to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. As a Senior Commercial Manager, you will lead commercial strategy and execution across complex, high-value projects involving multiple entities. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you lead an existing high-performance team, and help the company identify and nurture future talent.

Responsibilities:
-Own the full commercial cycle, from bid through delivery to final account
-Collaborate cross-functionally with design, procurement and operations teams to optimise project delivery and profitability
-Build and maintain excellent client and supplier relationships
-Provide strategic insights to executive leadership on market trends, pricing models, and commercial risk to the Board
-Manage and mentor a growing commercial team

Hours: Monday Friday, 8:30am 5:30pm
