Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Job Responsibilities:
* Respond to, plan, and organise the full lifecycle of facilities management work from customer enquiry to job completion.
* Deliver excellent customer service, interpret, and manage work orders through the Maximo system.
* Plan and dispatch reactive and planned maintenance works to engineers, sub-contractors, and site managers across various locations, ensuring completion within SLA targets.
* Provide administrative support, log work requests, and update their status regularly.
* Sort and dispatch calls based on skill set, location, and service requirements.
* Re-plan and re-assign tasks as needed to manage workload and priorities.
* Organise planned maintenance activities.
* Raise purchase requisitions and orders as directed.
* Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures.
* Collate reports, escalate complaints, and perform ad hoc administrative duties.
* Conduct site visits and meetings as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proficiency in IT, Microsoft Outlook, and Office.
* Experience with CAFM systems, ideally Maximo.
* Customer service experience.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work in a busy team environment.
* Tenacious approach to work management.
* Experience in minute-taking.
