The Role
As aKey Account Manager, youll take ownership of a portfolio of enterprise and retail accounts, building strong relationships at senior stakeholder level. Youll act as the trusted partner for your clients, driving growth, spotting new opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
What Youll Be Doing
Managing and expanding key retail and enterprise accounts
Building relationships with senior stakeholders across operations, estates, and commercial functions
Identifying new revenue opportunities and upsell potential
Leading account reviews and delivering insight-driven reports
Working with internal teams to ensure excellent client outcomes
What Were Looking For
Proven experience inkey account management or business development
Strong background in sellingservices into the retail sector
Confidence engaging and influencingsenior-level stakeholders
A commercial mindset with the ability to uncover growth opportunities
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Whats on Offer
£35,000 £42,000 basic salary(DOE)
Commission / bonus structure
