A top-tier Oracle Cloud Programme Manager is required to lead the successful ERP implementation and system adoption for a major UK-based organisation. You’ll be responsible for the strategic oversight of the transformation journey across ERP, HCM, and Payroll, while managing vendors, stakeholders, and internal streams.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the relationship with Systems Integrator, Oracle, and any third-party vendors
* Take full ownership of the budget and financial reporting
* Report progress, risks, and dependencies to the steering committee
* Oversee key internal streams including UAT, training, and data migration
* Build and lead the integration team across functional areas
Key Skills Required
* Extensive experience delivering Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and Payroll programmes
* Expertise in resource planning, recruitment, and stream delivery
* Strong stakeholder and expectation management at senior levels
* Proven background in vendor management and project governance
* Hands-on experience with integration strategy and delivery
