Client:

* They’re expanding into new markets and looking for a driven Business Development Manager to take ownership of growth across key channels.
* This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role where you’ll make a visible impact and help shape the future commercial direction of the business.
Role:
* Drive new business opportunities across B2B channels: including contract caterers, café chains, coffee groups, hotel chains, and office suppliers.
* Manage the full sales process from research and outreach through to negotiation and account development.
* Work collaboratively with NPD, Operations, and Supply Chain to bring new products and formats to market.
* Conduct market analysis and competitor reviews to identify new growth opportunities.
* Focus on building long-term partnerships and supporting the wider commercial strategy.
Note: This role is primarily office/home-based with limited travel - ideal for someone who enjoys the commercial and strategic side of business development.
Ideal Candidate:
* 3–5 years’ experience in business development or B2B sales - ideally within food, drink, or premium FMCG.
* A confident relationship-builder with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
* Commercially minded and proactive, with a track record of winning new accounts and delivering growth.
* Hands-on, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
* Full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK.
