We're on the lookout for a talented individual to lead our Rent-A-Car department at Vertu Volkswagen Nottingham South.

Your mission:
You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the Rent-A-Car department, driving growth and profitability through retail and local corporate sales. Customer service excellence will be at the heart of everything you do.
What you'll be doing:
* Leading the Rent-A-Car team to deliver smooth, efficient service.
* Growing the department through local sales and marketing initiatives.
* Representing both the Rent-A-Car brand and Vertu Volkswagen in the Nottingham area.
* Supporting national corporate and retail business from VWFS UK.
* Managing the department's budget and full P&L responsibility.
You will also be processing payments and ID checks correctly, including pre-authorisation/card details/ credit checks, staff rota management and supporting the recruitment and training of your team.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a Car Rental environment, this is essential for you to be considered. Strong customer service and administrative skills will also be beneficial.
